Tanjusha

Privacy

This in-app page describes how the Tanjusha Go app handles data when you shop, use account features, and use built-in tools. For questions, contact info@tanjusha.nl.

Data we use

The app uses data needed to run the storefront: product browsing, cart, checkout where applicable, and session data required by Shopify customer login. We also use data needed for app features you enable (for example: camera for product scan, optional biometrics to unlock a saved session, in-app chat, and radio playback). Technical diagnostics may be used as provided by the platform; we do not add separate tracking here beyond what the merchant storefront and your platform already handle.

Account and orders

Account sign-in, profile data, and order history follow the merchant’s (Shopify) account policies. You can open Account in the app, and your orders in Orders. If you use quick sign-in with Face ID or Touch ID, the app unlocks a session on your device—it does not replace your email/password with the merchant.

Camera (Scan)

The in-app Scan feature uses the device camera to read product labels or barcodes. Camera access is only used when you start the scan flow; you can also use non-camera search options when offered. You can change camera permissions in the system settings for the app.

Chat and support

In-app chat and Support are part of the app—you stay inside Tanjusha Go for help. You can also email info@tanjusha.nl.

Radio

Radio in the native iOS app uses on-device audio playback. It is provided as an in-app service and may update Now Playing/remote controls when the OS supports it. The radio feature is optional and does not require account data beyond what you already use elsewhere in the app.

Deleting your account

You can start account deletion in Account after sign-in, following the on-screen steps (including entering DELETE where required). The merchant will process the request per their policy.
