If you need a return, start from your order details when available in the app. Keep products in re-saleable condition as required, and use any return labels or instructions the merchant provides. If you are unsure, use Support or email with your order information.
Delivery timeframes, carriers, and service areas are set at checkout. Tracking and updates appear on your order when the merchant provides them. Open Orders to review status for recent purchases.
For “where is my order?”, address changes, or payment questions, first check the order in Orders, then use Chat in the app.
If something arrived damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us promptly with your order number and photos if helpful. Use info@tanjusha.nl or in-app Chat so we can help resolve it with the store.
