Terms of use

These terms describe how to use the Tanjusha Go in-app experience. For help, use Support or email info@tanjusha.nl.

Use of the app

Tanjusha Go is a storefront app for shopping with the merchant’s catalog. You agree to use the app lawfully, keep your account credentials private, and follow the merchant’s purchase and account rules. Features (scan, radio, chat, support) are provided as in-app services and may change for stability or security.

Catalog and products

Product information, images, stock, and prices are shown as provided by the merchant’s store and may change. Any promotions or product pages follow the same storefront. Nothing on this page replaces the store’s product-specific terms (where applicable) at checkout.

Account

Your customer account, sign-in, and security settings are subject to the merchant’s account policy. Manage your account in Account. For privacy, see Privacy.

Orders

Orders, payments, delivery, and returns are handled by the merchant’s checkout and policies. You can view order history in Orders. If something is wrong with a shipment, contact Support for guidance.

Limitation of responsibility

The app is provided on an as-available basis. We aim for reliable service, but we are not responsible for issues caused by third parties (e.g. networks, device OS, or payment systems), or for product availability and fulfillment, which the merchant controls. If you rely on a feature (for example, scan or radio), you should verify critical details on the product page and at checkout.
